 Music for Easter at Priors Hardwick

Go and sign the Easter story at Priors Hardwick on Sunday 28 April at 5pm. "Come and sing the Easter Story" Did you enjoy the Carol Service last Christmas? If so, this is just the event for you. Because without Easter there would be no Christmas, And without Christmas thereā€™d be no Easter.

We shall recall the events of the first Easter Day and sing well known Easter hymns, following the same pattern as the traditional Carol Service. We shall even include some Christmas tunes!

Please join us if you can. Light refreshments to follow. Parking in the Butchers Arms car park next to the church

 Fairport Convention at All Saints Leamington Spa

 Festival of Crosses - 14-28 April

All are invited to visit St John Baptist Church, Berkswell over the Easter holiday for an Easter Festival of Crosses. Easter is a very special time in the church calendar and many of the church members, friends and village groups have come together to create a montage of Art, Models and Displays.

The Festival, which will be open daily between 10am and 4pm, depicts a multitude of themes based on a cross which you will find all proudly presented in this beautiful church.

 Music for Easter at Priors Hardwick

On Palm Sunday, 14 April at the church of St Mary at 7pm the windmill singers present music for a Palm Sunday evening, including Olivet to Calvary by H J Maunder and hymns for congregation participation. There will be a retiring collection for the church of St Mary. There is plenty of parking near the church.

Then on Sunday 28 April at 5pm go and sing the Easter story. A programme of hymns and readings, similar to the traditional Christmas celebration, but with well known Easter hymns and also new Easter hymns using traditional well-known tunes. Light refreshments to follow.
