 Funeral Ministry Course

The aim of this course is that participants will explore practical and pastoral issues around funerals, with a view to taking services yourself. It contains a break in the middle to allow for practical experience in your own parish. Participants will need a letter of recommendation from their incumbent.

Date and Time: 11 and 25 June, 9 July and the second on 24 September and 8 October, all 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start. Venue: The Rogers Hall, Deerings Road (at the top of Featherbed Lane), CV21 4EN.

 BCDM Modules in April and May

There are three BCDM modules starting in April and May held in Warwick, Shipston-on-Stour and Coventry.

-Encountering God: Spirituality (Coventry), a module to help you experience more of God's presence in your life;
- Jesus and the Gospels (Warwick) - a module to enable you to learn a more about Jesus through the unique ways each Gospel presents him;
- Introducing Christian Ethics (Shipston) - a module to help you think about how we should live, respond to issues and engage with the world.

 Lay Retreat Grants

The Lay Retreat Grant is available to all non-licenced communicant members of the Anglican churches in the Diocese of Coventry. Each person is permitted a grant of up to £120 per year.
