Congratulations sent to Archbishop Josiah
The Archbishop of Canterbury with the Most Revd Josiah Idowu-Fearon

Upon his return from sabbatical, Bishop Christopher has sent his congratulations to Archbishop Josiah Idowu-Fearon in Nigeria. During the summer, Archbishop Josiah had received the Cross of St Augustine from the Archbishop of Canterbury.

In his letter, Bishop Christopher said:

"One of the joys of returning from sabbatical is to hear about all sorts of good things that have been happening while I have been away. Among them is the wonderful news that the Archbishop of Canterbury has awarded you the Cross of St Augustine for your exceptional service to the Anglican Communion in the area of Christian-Muslim relations." He continued, "Please know that your brothers and sisters here in Coventry Diocese rejoice in this most fitting award and that we continue to hold you and Comfort, together with the clergy and people of your Diocese, in our hearts and prayers."
